Receipt vs. invoice

A sale completed with immediate payment (cash/card/Whish) is documented as a receipt (RCP-). A credit sale creates an invoice (INV-) because the amount stays owed.

Quotes (QUO-) are entirely separate documents — they never affect stock or customer balance until accepted and converted into a real invoice.

Sharing documents publicly

The WhatsApp button on an invoice/quote/receipt page mints a secure public share link (no login required) and opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message containing it.

The link stays stable on re-sharing (it doesn't change each time), and can be revoked from that same page if needed.

Refunds (partial or full)

A sale can be refunded in full or for specific line items only, and more than one credit note against the same sale is allowed (for successive partial refunds).

A refund uses the exact original payment method and currency — it can never refund a quantity never sold or an amount beyond what's still refundable.

Printing to PDF

Any invoice or quote can be printed or saved as a PDF directly from the browser's “Print” button — no external tool needed.
